Our History
Our Journey: From Concept to Innovation
Our story began around 2015, driven by a need for elegant corporate gift boxes for our trophy business. As we sourced boxes, we discovered a troubling reality: the majority were manufactured using jelly glue derived from animal extracts. This conflicted with our values, as we envisioned creating packaging solutions that were cruelty-free and environmentally responsible. Over time, this need became a mission to transform the industry and create "no-cruelty" boxes that upheld quality and sustainability.
The journey, however, was far from easy. At the time, the packaging industry relied almost exclusively on animal-based glues. Even the machinery was calibrated for jelly glue, rendering synthetic alternatives ineffective. Synthetic glues posed additional challenges, such as causing warping that resulted in improperly shaped boxes unsuitable for use. Undeterred, we conducted extensive research and, by 2019, identified the right glue and potential machinery to support our vision. While the COVID-19 pandemic delayed progress, we continued refining our methods and worked tirelessly to design a custom gluing machine with the help of a local vendor in Amritsar. By September 2021, we proudly began full-scale operations, bringing our vision to life.
As operations grew, we faced another challenge: creating box design files. The process of manually designing these files was tedious, error-prone, and time-consuming, especially given the precision required in rigid box manufacturing. This became a significant bottleneck in our workflow, demanding a solution that could ensure efficiency and accuracy. In early 2024, fueled by advancements in AI technology and tools like ChatGPT, we embarked on automating the design process. We developed software capable of generating flawless box files by simply inputting dimensional parameters. This innovation not only revolutionized our operations but also enabled us to offer unparalleled accuracy and convenience in box design.
Recognizing the immense value of this tool, we decided to share it with the world. In September 2024, we launched the software as a free public beta, inviting users to experience its capabilities. Following overwhelming positive feedback, we rolled out the commercial version in December 2024, making it available to users globally. Today, this platform empowers users to create custom box files effortlessly, eliminating the hassle of manual design and reducing the risk of errors.
