Restrictions: Users are prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing any generated files or any part of the service.

Users agree to the credit-based payment model and understand that credits are non-refundable once purchased.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, and users agree to abide by the terms of the payment provider.

Accuracy: Users must input accurate dimensions and specifications, as these directly impact the generated files. We are not responsible for errors in the design resulting from incorrect user input.

Redownloads: Previously generated files are available for redownload through the user’s account history at no additional cost.

Once a design file has been generated, it is non-refundable due to its custom nature. Credits purchased are non-refundable as well.

In cases of technical errors that prevent file generation, please contact support for resolution.

The site and its services are provided “as-is,” and we make no warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to design inaccuracies or compatibility issues with third-party software.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the site owner or licensors. Users are granted limited access to use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, except as permitted by the custom designs generated.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account, without prior notice, if any of the terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Users will receive a non-GST invoice for each purchase. Currently, GST is not charged, and no GST credits are provided. Any changes in tax compliance will be communicated through an update to these terms.

By using the site, users agree to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, including submitting any misleading, false, or illegal content through the site.
